Working Principle of Plastic waste treatment equipment
In the pre-treatment stage, plastic waste enters the crusher through the conveying system for coarse crushing to reduce the volume.
Cleaning stage
After the efficient cleaning device, the oil, mud and other impurities on the plastic surface are removed.
Equipped with a floating sorting device to separate plastic types with different densities (such as PET bottles and bottle caps).
In the sorting stage, eddy current sorting, electrostatic sorting and other technologies are used to separate metal impurities and other non-recyclable materials.
In the drying stage, the washed plastic is dehydrated by a centrifugal dehydrator and hot air drying equipment.
In the granulation stage, the plastic granules are processed into uniform recycled granules by an extrusion granulator, which can be used to produce new plastic products.
